The Metrix Self-Directed learning process caters to Learners with sufficient computer skills allowing them to define their own curriculum and direct the pace of their learning process using Metrix Learning directly.

Learners are now able to control their use of the system, eliminating the need for training by potentially overburdened personnel, allowing staff to focus on other duties.

Self-Directed Process

• Access the Self-Directed Web site to review program process and requirements
• Begin the registration process through a custom version of the Metrix Learning portal
• Enter personal information and any required codes to request a Metrix Learning license
• Self-Directed applicants select three courses and add them to their My Plan prior to approval
• Once registration is complete and the customer is approved, they can login into the system and begin their eTraining sessions
